Who are AFTAL?

The "Autograph Fair Trade Association" ( AFTAL ) was formed by a group of acknowledged autograph dealers, with the intention of stamping out the market in fake items and ensuring that the customer is able to find dealers that they can trust

Inclusion in AFTAL is proof of each dealer's commitment and professional competence. The Code of Conduct commits each AFTAL approved dealer to providing authentic items, with all the required knowledge, qualification and diligence that that may demand, and is the best possible proof any collector could have when looking to buy authentic signed memorabilia.

As our signed artwork is supplied in individually hand made luxury wooden frames they cannot be treated like for like, when compared with mass produced cheaper products.  For this reason we do not price match.

WE ALSO DO NOT SELL SIGNATURES ON WHITE CARD (these are the most faked as they can easily be printed or laser penned)

We purchase all of our items from trustworthy suppliers and pay a premium for these to ensure that all our signatures are genuine. 

We are also the only memorabilia company that provide the original purchase details of the photo as either the original COA or copy of purchase Invoice (where possible) so you know exactly where the autograph was obtained.

Items sent to the EU will be delivered (DDU) Delivery Duty Unpaid

DDU is where the customer pays any customs, duties and fees after the goods have arrived in the destination country.

In this scenario, local customs contact you to pay any outstanding charges before the goods are released for final delivery.

Remember: Parcels will be held by customs until payments are made. Any payments not received may result in parcels being returned, delayed or in some cases destroyed and we will be unable to refund in the case of unpaid EU duty.

Delivery, Returns & Refunds

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability. 

For the Love of the Frame Ltd shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

For the Love of the Frame Ltd are proud of our products and confident that you will be impressed with your purchase. Every item we sell is of the highest standard and authenticity, and we take every care to ensure our goods are packaged and shipped safely.

The goods will be delivered to you at the delivery address you provided during the order process, For the Love of the Frame Ltd cannot be held responsible for any errors in the delivery address provided.

Please examine the goods on arrival. If you are asked for your signature on delivery, you must examine the goods before signing for it.

If you receive the goods damaged, please email contact sales@fortheloveoftheframe.com within 48 hours of the delivery.

You must notify us of any missing items, incorrectly received or unwanted items within 14 days and return the item to us within 30 days.

If you find you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return for an exchange or refund, providing they are in a new and unused condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
